Meet Brianne

Hello! I’m Brianne. I’m a Registered Dietitian and have been studying nutrition since 2012. I’ve always had an interest in oncology nutrition however, prostate cancer—not so much. It wasn’t until early 2022 when my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer that I became passionate about the topic. I immediately dug through the research to determine the best diet interventions to prevent progression.

I’ve decided to share and simplify the proven research I’ve found to help others on this journey.

Let’s be real, there’s a lot of conflicting information out there. 

 I’ll take out the guesswork so you can live a longer and healthier life!
