My mission is to help those diagnosed with prostate cancer eat properly to decrease progression. Additionally, to help those at high risk use nutrition as a form of prevention.
Prostate Cancer Nutrition is here to simplify nutrition research related to prostate health. There will be a focus on both prevention and treatment.
Nutrition research is confusing. I hate seeing so much conflicting information on the internet, leaving people more confused than before they started researching. I also don’t like seeing people put themselves on strict diets leading to a decreased quality of life.
It’s time to stop the confusion and do what science tells us.
All articles will be evidenced based and will generally focus on including foods, rather than restricting them.
The goal is to provide easy to follow nutrition tips. Some steps may not be the best for everybody, sign up to work with me to get started with a personalized action plan.

I am a dietitian on a mission to explore the connection between intake and prostate health. Not only do I love food but I’m passionate about most things dietetics and helping others reach their personal goals. I’m an inpatient and outpatient dietitian, serving numerous individuals with a variety of disease states and education levels. I also mentor dietetic interns and provide knowledge and guidance to help them reach their goal of becoming Registered Dietitians. Throughout my career, I’ve always emphasized pleasure and encouraged patients and clients to never give up their favorite foods. I don’t believe in dieting as I’ve seen many dieters have a decline in mental health and diets are simply unsustainable. I’m not exactly a whiz in the kitchen but I enjoy cooking and creating simple recipes. Please reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns. I’m so glad you’re here!
